The Fund relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from Koch companies. The Emergency Assistance Foundation, Inc. administers all fund activities, and when needed assist applicants with their grant applications. Koch will not have any insight into the grant process unless a grant recipient chooses to share his or her story.
